Get a Strong Start to Your Career at INVISTA

For some, the first few months at a new company or in a new role can feel overwhelming. INVISTA’s New Employee Integration (NEI) program is designed to help bridge this transition by providing a launchpad to help new employees connect to how INVISTA creates value for society, discover opportunities for career growth and build their work community through online and in-person events. 

The pillars of the NEI program – Connect, Career and Community – were designed to help bring new employees up to speed quickly while providing a deeper dive of the company, as well as the chance to hear directly from company leaders.

This voluntary 10-month program is open to all new INVISTA employees in North America (interns & co-ops included) and features a series of 90-minute sessions every other week, with a broad range of collaborative opportunities to grow and learn, including:
  • Leadership Talks: Hear what enabled company leaders to build their career paths and what advice they have to share with new employees.
  • INVISTA 101-401 Series: Learn more about INVISTA, from our products and processes to our global locations and how we create value for society.
  • Panel Discussions: Engage with a variety of INVISTA business and capability leaders as well as leaders from other Koch companies.
  • Local Support: Depending on your location, we also offer community engagement opportunities and team-building activities to strengthen new connections.


NEI is designed to improve the onboarding experience, strengthening connections while sharing company knowledge so employees can continue their journeys as lifelong learners. The program is supplemental to supervisor coaching and other training opportunities related to specific roles.
